Are outsider tokens broken atm?

They are not broken,, I was trying to turn in 20 instead of the 25, it had been so long since picked up the quest, got the taps and tokens mixed up,, trying to turn in 20, its 25, sorry guys thanks for the quick point in the right direction.

Um no, shouldn't be. I literally just turned some in for one of my characters with no problems.

speaking of which, 25 of these puppies means farming that quest 8-10 times. That means literally you have to run it for almost no XP a few times just to get these items.

Can you make the tokens BTA? Or tradable? Or increase drops? Or decrease turn in amount?

I really don't think it's a reasonable number, the rewards aren't THAT great.

Heh, yeah, 25 tokens is a lot when you are getting 3/run. Especially since they are bound to character.

But then, i believe Invaders! was designed as one of the last quests on one of the first Mods.

You can trade them in the chest, just get some friends to help you get them.

Well they could add a second quest that drops invasion tokens, for f2p players, maybe a level 12-13 mission?

Since theres xoriat presence in the subterran, maybe some side-quest where part of the xoriat presence there invades the basement of another well known harbour quest.?
Sort of like a teaser for the paid vale content that gets your access to the subterran.


I'd also like to see what happens when the denizens of xoriat /shavarath come into contact with the inspired.

In our runs, we roll to see who gets the tokens and trade them in the chest. Depending on how many it generates you can get 25 in one run.

We had 5 drop for everyone once.

Can you get more then one reward... say you have somehow got 50 tokens.. can you get a sceond reward after you've turned in 25 .. even if you did them on seperate occasions?

No, it's a one time quest.

And as stated above, you can assign the tokens to other players in the party if you already have your 25 while they are in the chest, to get them to their 25 quicker.

I like the way you think. Well, if a level 11 quest can sit next to WW, why not strategically locate the entrance through one of the Steam Tunnel areas?

Ran it twice last night with my wife on elite ( just the two of us ) and got 5 tokens each twice, since she did not need them it gave me twenty and I am still getting XP. I can easily solo it on hard and normal now with no XP loss and hopefully get the tokens I wanted too. Go in with some people that don't want the tokens. I can't imaging running this with people who all want their tokens. From what I remember, the only thing worthwhile was the ring of balance.

I got all 25 in about 4 hrs with a group on my wizard. We ran it so much I think I can solo it now.......though I havent tried.
