Default Does devotion stack with + healing enhancements?

My first guess would be no, but I thought I should ask - do the cleic enhancements (life amplification, I think) that give me + 10/20/30% healing stack with, for instance, the newbie devoted gear and/or items with devotion effects?

    Thanks!

    rule of thumb:
items stack with feats stack with enhancements

General rule to the game mechanics......that certainly applies here.

Your best item stacks with your highest level of enhancements stacks with any applicable feats.

Side note.....a potency item covers the specialized devotion items.....so many players will run with a one hander of potency for base % increase of all spell output and a one baker that will either help with spell penitration of offensive spells or a item that increases the % chance of a critical effect.

    Default Yay!

    Well, ain't that cool?

Thanks for the speedy replies! I was basing my pessimistic assumption on the way + stat buffs don'tstack with +stat items (whine whine)

Now I have to go back to Tangleroot and see if I can get that devotion ring to show up in the end rewards again.

I can say that I've recently been playing around with combos of Superior Devotion V, Potency VI and enhancements such as Cleric Life Magic (4th level). I also have the Scepter of Healing from the Invaders! token turn ins, which gives me 9" chance to crit for 1.5x.

I've tried them in every combination possible, including all together. I used Cure Light as a test.

TBH, the Scepter is where I'm really seeing the difference, both in a controlled tavern spam heal session and in quests. With NO Life Magic enhancements- just the Scepter of Healing, I saw my cure lights go from 19-21 to 20-23 on average (non critting) and as high as a whopping 57 on a crit. Smaller tests of cure critical yielded a critted heal for 175 HP.

I am not seeing a difference after adding the Devotion items and Cleric Life Magic enhancements....I know in my head they should stack, but if the difference is measured in 1-3 HP per cure light...is it worth taking four levels of enhancements?

My answer is that I'm impressed with the Scepter of Healing. I've yet to see the potential benefit in stacking- it may be there, but if I don't observe anything soon, I'm thinking it's not worth it.

Not sure what stats you're referring to, but the bonus to stats from race/class enhancements do stack with stat items/stat spells (which do not stack with each other).

Later in the game, when some guys are running around with 400-800 HP, the enhancements matter more; it's just more efficient usage of your SP.

Just wait until your cure light mass starts critting in the 400's, heals in the 1400-1500's, then see if it's worth it.
There is no lag. Just because you had none before and can't play now doesn't mean the server move had anything to do with it.
