I played DDO back in 2006 and I am back now as a free player. If I remember correctly I think there was a way to preview armor before you bought it, but I am not sure about this. Does anyone know if this is correct or am I thinking of another MMORPG?

Several other MMOs have it (EQ2 springs to mind as having a really good armour preview ability), but yeah, DDO never did.
Players have only been asking for this since, oh...shortly after Moses parted the seas.
