WTB: Staff of Inner Sight

What is it? +2 Quarterstaff with +4 Int. I know, vendor trash. However; I picked up the shard for this on my first epic run. I figure I can at least upgrade if for the community to see what the upgrade is since I know none of my characters would use it.

So while my thread title says Want To Buy, I won't be paying much for it. Put a reasonable offer up and I will tell you if I have the resources to pay it.

If anyone happens to find the scroll for it and are not going to use it themselves please feel free to post to 'Steeles'.

You ran an epic quest with no one in the party having a single arcane caster?

Going by the armour that was upgraded to have +7 Cha on it, I would not be surpised if the staff got at least +7 Int as well as other caster related stats (spell pen, lore etc)

Noone was interested in it, and I mistakenly thought it was for the UMD staff that I knew one of my alts had. But that actually was the Staff of the Seer. My mistake. But now that I am stuck with the shard, I may as well craft if for the community to see the result. No matter how good it is I will not level an arcane up to use it.

Are you or someone you know already in the process of upgrading this item? If so I would be happy for anyone reading this thread to send/trade stuff to you as I know you are running epic more than I ever will.
