Going by some of the current trends I think the bloodstone will be something like:

Seeker +6
Swim +3

Looks like the blinding aspect was also changed. Was previously a save vs. DC14 to avoid it - now there's no save shown.

When the blinding was changed to have a DC this weapon was made useless. Now it's useful again. Unlike traditional radiance weaponry, this could be made to bypass DR.

you say this (in bold) yet it only has 1 socket that i can see, so it can either by silver or good (and since radiance weapons can be good already...) you are getting the same DR as a radiance 2 weapon. i'm not saying this weapon is awful or anything, just saying it isn't much better than what we already have.

so unless i'm mistaken bout there being only 1 socket and it only allowing for 1 DR bypass, i wouldn't make this weapon unless for some reason i ended up looting the rare pieces that go with it (i'm guessing this is what the OP did).

thats at least a bit better and pretty much i got the items to upgrade it and wanted to find out what it would be , its at least on my str rogue so he will probably use it , but u could make this bypass dr if u say put silver on it and had it in the hands of a paladin unless im mistaken ?

yes that would work, and the upgraded version is actually nice unlike the original one so this could be a very nice paladin tank weapon.
