Ya man...that's the reason. You solved the riddle and cracked the code my friend...all the ubers are running around with range builds and keeping the uber ranged LFM's guild-only so the peons don't get wise...

Really not that close... factor in a high INT, a bloodstone, Assassin's Poison (duh), not having to worry about STR nor AC (cleave/glancing blows, etc.) and... well... Shhh.. I guess

would this combination be able to benefit from being ranger/rogue rather than pure rogue or some other multi-class? I have vague visions of truly ****ed up things happening with a 32 point build ranger/rogue assassin, but I'm not familiar enough with rogues to clarify what I'm seeing. :P

Assassin III requires rogue 18, so no, you cannot get improved precise shot for free via ranger levels if that is what you are asking.

And dont worry, I'm sure theyll just add the radiance blindness to the blanket of immunities theyve given things already.

I wasn't really being that specific. I was also thinking about the potential of doing multi-shot with a good longbow, going sneak after switching to the repeater, doing assassin stuff, etc. I was thinking this exploit might be capable of mitigating the between multi-shot suck issue. Probably because I wasn't paying close enough attention. :P

Yeah that DOES sound like fun too

I know I beat the drum a lot but, for the toon I run, it makes more sense to do the repeater attack since HP and AC aren't so stellar.
