Idea for a new type of reincarnation

Superior Reincarnation:

You can rechoose your race, alignment and class.
You lose half your xp.

It would seem like an easy way to allow those who want to undo their multiclass decisions to do so.

I would use that for two of my toons. One has the wrong alignement, and therefore is stuck at lv11, and the other is a lv20 Cleric i would remake to a FavSoul. But i definitely wouldnt grind those 3.1 Mio exp.

you'd do it anyways if you actually rerolled, so whats the difference?
