Been getting spam on al my toons from the "address" in the title. Others I know have been getting it as well. Any idea what this is and why its showing up in the confirmed email?

It's a harmless bug, don't worry about it.

It's a buggy version of an in-game mail that was supposed to go out letting you know you have "veteran status" and can roll up new characters and start them at level 4.
