Major Bug with 2nd Reincarnation

I was on my 1st Reincarnation character, and could level up fine and do whatever.

I used my 2nd reincarnation, and could no longer access the bank; standard bank, ancestral bank, nor shared bank space.

I was not the only person who noticed this either, as I was talking to someone else that reincarnated the 2nd time and could not access bank space.

I talked about it in my feedback, but I thought I would put it here for greater exposure as well. Never know how many times I have to talk about a bug before it's heard about.

It probably was me the one you were talking with .

I've been waiting for the Round 2 Thread to post about it. Did a bug report and also /tell'd 1 of the devs to let them know about this issue.
