    Default How long does it take for them to add gamecards to my account?

    I got an email telling me to send the gamecard code on Thursday, so I replied and sent in the code as well as the user name yesterday, 3:30 today and I'm still F2P.

    whats going on? I'm still F2P, I replied to the email with the serial, was I supposed to do anything else? Or are they busy and just being slow?

    Called: The guy gave me an email that told me to reply and send the serial code, in less than an hour I got it activated this way, nice, this time I can say it wasn't a hassle, waited around 15 minutes on phone too.
