    Redeeming your DDO Game Pass.

    Do you have an existing subscription to DDO?
    Yes -
    Log in as a Current Customer at https://billing.turbine.com

    Select the subscription that you wish to apply the Game Pass to, and click the "Add Game Pass Card" link.

    Log into your account on the ddo website.

    In the account page, there is an area at the bottom that goes over subscriptions.

    There is a button to add game cards.

    Thats how I did mine.

    -If the "Add Game Card" button isn't available, then you may have to click "Get Unlimited Access"
    -Then select GTC as your payment method on the next page.
    HOW DO I SELECT GTC AS A PAYMENT METHOD?!?

    Hold times today are significantly shorter than 40 minutes. In most cases they have been shorter than 10 minutes.

    If you give it a try now the "Add Game Card" option should be available.
