Dwarf in DT FP and a Tower can hit okay self.
10 Base
15 Armor
4 Dex (6 with daggerstooth and higher start dex_
3 bark
2 recitation
4 insight
2 chaosguard
3 chattering
1 Dodge feat
1 haste
5 protection
9 tower
2 alchemical (armor and shield)

Now realistically...
You wont take dodge on a FvS. Not proficient with tower (though the Light and Dark regular shield for true neutral will give +6 prot), not prof with heavy armor, Armor Mastery 3 is kinda expensive, you would prob never waste a slot on daggerstooth, youre almost last in line for a chattering ring if you believe in need before greed. Building in the UMD for chaosguard is pretty easy if you are inclined to do that though, or just be LG. So if you want the AC just to have it while being a caster healer you can do it, but if you want it to melee in its going to cost proficiency feats and valuable slots you are already stretching thin. I think the 10dr and huge mana pool is sufficient though instead of AC.

Also, on a pure FvS you will probably get a lot further with DR.
Things worthy of Standing Stone going EXTREME PREJUDICE™ on.:
- Epic and Legendary Mysterious ring upgrades, please.
- Change the stack size of filigree in the shared bank to 50. The 5 stack makes the shared bank worthless for storing filigree in a human usable manner.
- Fixing why I don't connect to the chat server for 5 minutes when I log into a game world.
- Fixing the wonky Lightning Sphere and Tactical Det firing by converting them to use alchemist spell arcing.
- Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.

Yeah I agree. Was just curious if anyone had a pure FS with a high ac.
