Where in the heck is a guide that tells, what is the important thing to use action points on and such, Like at each level, or path, a Diagram, or something. An example, A cleric on What ever path, should use/save action points, etc, whats useful and what to wait on.....

The only really important thing to know for enhancements is what requirements do you need. If you look them up on the compendium you'll find that easy enough.

Read the enhancement descriptions and choose which suits your build/playstyle/goals for the character the best. You can also choose to "Show Unavailable" so that you can better plot your course. This will also show you pre-reqs for said enhancements.
