Can we get in a upcoming update, the ability to change color of our armor? It may make the horrid dragon touch armor a bit more acceptable. Not sure how much would be involved with the coding but it would be nice.

The designs are terrible, but being able to change the color may help. Seriously, Turbine pays someone to design these???? Do these people actually look at their designs and not think they look ridiculous?
Look, I know this sounds terribly critical, but I can lose interest in a character just because of appearance. This is the biggest weakness of DDO (IMHO). The character design is soo limited that most look nearly identical. Then the armor almost looks like it was intentionally made to look stupid! The designs are bad, the colors are worse.

There are some armors/robes that I think look fairly good. Most, however, range from "meh" to "wow, that's ugly."

Would definitely be nice to see some new designs for armor. Especially more designs that didn't look like someone stitched it together in the dark out of spare parts.

Oh there are some very good designs in there, but yes, there are some... well... unpleasant ones as well. Robes with the single wing come to mind. The Outfit with the sticks fanning up from behind.

I think the DT armors are generally fine. The Robe is good. The Outfit is fine. The Plate is fine (although I am not a fan of the unbalanced suits.) However, the leather puts a capital "F" in Fugly. Looks like it was made from scraps of leather laying around the shoemaker's house.

I'd like to see cosmetic robes or tabbards that you could put on over the armor with no game effect, just an outside cover. They could use existing robe designs, as mentioned there are a lot of nice looking ones.

I'd love to see a feature where you could add things to your character that would be more aesthetically appealing, perhaps allow the dyeing of armor and clothing. Also ~ create visible cloaks and possibly make gloves, boots, bracers, belts, and all other forms of clothing/jewelry show up on the character, with an option to turn them off if desired.

That would add a lot more of visual appeal, eye candy if you will, to the game.
