questionable popup, why wont game run?

This appears to be a .NET Framework issue. DDO I believe utilizes .NET 2.0, which is already built into Vista (which it appears you are running from your screenshot). In fact, it's incorporated into Vista in such a way that it will not let you remove or reinstall it, nor upgrade to the (required?) SP1.

I've heard that intalling .NET Framework 3.5 will force the .NET 2.0 update to SP1 on Vista and that will likely resolve your issue.

If I'm mistaken and you are not running Vista, try installing .NET Framework 2.0 SP1

If that doesn'r resolve the issue, I'd open a support request

From MSDN, looks like it might be a .Net error or a TDM error (as referenced at the end of the error text).

You might try following the instructions from the second post here or uninstalling / reinstalling TDM to see if that helps.

EDIT: Got beat; AFAIK, DDO also uses .Net 1.1 which is a separate install and framework from 2 and 3

, wow, actually i reset my computer and it worked suprisingly was a bit weird but oh well, thanx newayz guys
