If I roll a cleric with one level of sorcerer, will the sorcerer wand mastery stack with the cleric wand mastery?

no
once you take an enhancement, it gets greyed out from other classes
and taking a lvl of sorc isnt worth it on a cleric anymore

A cleric going from 19-20 gains 100sp base.
A cleric going from 19 cleric to 19/1 clr/sorc gains 100sp base. Thats a wash.
The benefit is from SP items and charisma bonus.
A 30 charisma 19clr/1sorc would gain 100sp over the 20 cleric. It would also gain 17sp from the perfect gear. Keep in mind that a 24 cha is much more likely than a 30, and thats only a bonus of 70sp (+17 from gear). On a pure healbot cleric with max wis and cha, a sorc level might make sense. Or a favored soul level. Personally I wouldnt bother, as you never know when a good capstone will come in.

Aside from capstone, is there anything else a pure 20 cleric gains over a 19 cleric? Spells?
I haven't played over 10 on this game yet, so I haven't a clue how the end game is.. I am just trying out some possibilities.. Right now I am toying with a drow 32 pt build with 18 wis, 16 cha, starting with a level of sorc and going cleric after that (primary healer build with the capability to solo early levels if need be). It gives me roughly 100 sp more than a regular cleric build, which I would find useful at least for the first 10 levels.. After that I am clueless how it would play out. Is end game really that important? I mean, when I played 3 years ago, I hit the level cap and got bored. What happens here at level cap?
I'm really just curious if building for the endgame is worth it or just building a character that is good to level from 1-20 before rolling another or moving on to another game. Thanks for the advice.
