Game Not Working

So I was on the computer and my mom was yelling at my and she pulled out the power cord from the back of the computer and I was in DDO in the middle of a quest and now when i try logging on it says There Might Be Files Incomplete and stuff I re-downloaded it and uninstalled it many times and its always the same whats wrong?

The exact error message would probably help.
If you're up for another reinstallation, make sure you clean up everything before reinstalling (DDO, the TDM, and whatever is in My Documents\DDO).
Also, making moms angry is bad.
