Unable to Log in.

My Issue:

I have installed DDO: Unlimited on two machines.
I can log in, run the game and play to my hearts content on my desktop.
However my laptop is a much faster system (much newer). I would like to play
on my laptop but when I attempt to log in I get the error..

[E06] Account marked as not active

Now I know this not to be the case because I can log in on my desktop at will.
Why would I get this error on my laptop but not my desktop?

Is this something that can be resolved?
I would love to keep playing this game.

Day 3,

No reply, no information and no solutions.
I've searched this forum over twice, google search turns up alot of nothing and I've checked all the local files and settings just to make sure.

Again, I can log in and play on my desktop with out any problems. Why would it tell me my account is inactive on my laptop?
