Default 3 Weeks that I sent a email to Account Management department, not even a reply yet..

and certainly the issue has not been fixed, I still cannot add gamecards, I mailed them twice now, would not be so bad if I actually got a email saying they got my mail but so far I don't even know what the status is, also on the phone I had to wait 40 minutes and still did not get to talk to anyone so I just gave up(so would i have to call them and wait over 40 minutes every time I want to add a gamecard?).

If it has been 3 full weeks (21 days) then they should have responded to your first email. If you would like to PM me your username and email address, I'll see what I can find out.

Please note that you will need to include the game card with any emails sent so they can assist. Once they have fixed the account and manually added the first code, the account will be fixed so you can add them via the website in the future.

General information about emails and responses:
Please note that if you did not fully and properly complete the form then you may not receive a response. We frequently receive emails with a last name in the email address field, and in some cases are not able to find an email to send a response to. Please also be sure to include your game username, not the forum username.

How do I PM in the forums? I honestly have no idea on how to do this in here.

Mouse over my name, or click on my name (which ever gives a menu) and then click on the "Send a Private Message to Victorie" option.

I tried that but I click on Victorie and I get a balloon saying:

But no option to send Emails to you

Edit: oops I meant to say "But no option to send private messages to you". Also todays the first day I access user cp, on "Login & Privacy " in the edit options part I have "Allow vCard Download" unticked(Allow vCard Download is the only setting in Login & Privacy), I'm guessing this one doesn't make a difference in sending or allowing Private Messages but the rest are themes or timezone customization.

Its a PM, not an email. I'm guessing you have them disabled in your forum settings then.

I'll see what I can do for you without that. Keep an eye on your emails.
