I've been playing DDO since beta and have never had a problem....until now.
I can get to my username/PW page and start loading the game. The loading bar gets about 2/3 or more done and then stops. If I leave it after about 10 mins or so it times out and crashes. If I start taskmanager it says DDO not responding.
Anyone have any solutions or reasons why behind this?

Might be corrupt data if you haven't reinstalled in quite awhile, but post your dxdiag when you get a chance (how to steps are in the "how to get help.." sticky linked in my sig).
Do you have TDM installed though? If you do try running the "Validate & Repair" from the right-click menu on the DDO ribbon at the bottom.
Other than that try resetting your graphics/sound etc settings by going into your "My Documents" (XP) or "Documents" (Vista/Win7) > "Dungeons and Dragons Online" folder and look for "Userpreferences.ini" and rename that to "OldUserpreferences.ini" and relaunch to test.Knowledge Base | How to get help on the Tech Support forums | Common Tech Issues | Frequently Asked Questions

After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
