so does TWF make a monk with wraps attack faster/better etc or is TWF for kamas? do they get a two weapon penalty for wearing wraps or using kamas? im gonna role one but need to know the little things

TWF makes a monk with wraps attack faster.

They do not get any two weapon penalty for wearing handwraps, and in fact do not even have the offhand strength penalty. This is one of monks' best assets.
