    Default vip for one day ***??

    ok i signed up for a vip account. sadly didnt get drow unlocked along with it but i thought with the 500 points they provice i could unlock it anyway. no sign of the 500 points (its been one day) i canceled my vip status since i didnt want it on a billing cycle for next month. what happens? well, what happened is i instantly got reverted to a free account status with 2 character slots. i cant even play the characters i have created since they are not unlocked now. what accually happened to my 15 dollars i payed for one month? nothing.. not even a premium member. Can you guys fix my account so its atleast vip for one month and not JUST ONE day? give me thoose 500 promised turbine points, let me play my monk etc for one month then have it reverted to premium..... This feels like a big scam on turbines part. i litteraly payed for nothing at all.

    Battl3r, I would encourage you to check with your bank or credit card statement. I would guess that since you canceled the same day you upgraded, that the payment never processed. If the payment didn't process, then you wouldn't upgrade to VIP, wouldn't receive the 500 VIP points, and wouldn't downgrade to Premium afterwards either. If you just want to have VIP status for 1 month, you need to "Get Unlimited Access" and then wait until the next day to cancel.

    What 500 VIP points? I paid 3 weeks ago and still haven't received mine. Haven't received a response from Account Management either.
