How do i transfer character from old computer

I got a new computer and download DDO on it. When i put in my account name/pass to log in i have no characters. How do i transfer from characters from my old computer to the new one?

You don't. Characters are saved on the server, not on your computer. Make sure you logged into the same server you were playing on before.
