I have been playing on a free account for about two weeks now, with a support ticket in for another account that I would like to reactivate. It has the current product code (cd key) assigned to it, which I opened back in 4/2005. I'm interested in activating VIP, but am having issues remembering the password to the account.
Now the problem comes with the support site to send an email with an updated password. I have moved since 2005 and my ISP provider and email have changed. I believe the emails are going to an old email address, therefore I am unable to access and change my password. The other problem I have is when I try to use my product key to attempt some sort of access by that means, ends up giving me an err: 30026.
Overall, I'm trying to be patient in waiting on a reply from support, but still not one email response in two weeks time. I do have an old email verification for my forum access as Vinji Redwater, but unable to access that due to incorrect password. Arrgh. It has been to long...
I should update the 4/2005 date as a forum account that I opened up. I know I activated my account when the game opened up for access in 2/2006.
