Missing Turbine Points

Given that after a week my service request with Turbine remains unanswered I'll try my luck here.

A week ago I paid for a second month. That means I should have 1000 Turbine Points in total, right? Those points do not expire after a month or anything? Because I'm missing 500 points...

Known issue - they are behind in fixing this for thousands, apparently. They are asking players to be patient, sry don't have the link at the moment.

I have advocated Turbine providing a monthly statement of TPs. At least in a case like this, you know they are coming even if they aren't reflected in-game yet.

Given my limited time for playing and inability to start a Drow as planned given the lack of points I rather cancelled my subscription for the time being.
