Can't access my forum account...

Hopefully I can get some help here, since it's all Turbine.

I can't log into the Lord of the Rings Online forums, because I've forgotten my password. And when I access my Turbine account and try to change the password, it simply says it cannot access my account information, suggesting I try later (been trying for a few days).

Can anyone suggest a way to fix this?

All of this is true for any Turbine game:

You need to use your game username and password combination to login to the Account Management website.

Once you are logged in there, you can scroll down to the game you are concerned with. On the right side of each game subscription area is your forum login username, and an option to "Change Forum Password".
