    Default Paying via a compatible credit card without a US address?

    Hello there.

    I still can't find the definitive answer to this - but what do I do if I want to pay with a compatible international credit card but don't have a US address? Do I just put my address and type my country somewhere there? Is there another page for people who don't live in America/Canada/Mexico?

    I don't get it. It tells me to try even if my country isn't listed (what?) and then call support if all else fails?

    I think I need an explanation :P

    Try adding the card first - don't try to get Unlimited Access, just try adding the card. Try these steps first:

    1. Log into http://myaccount.turbine.com/ with the username and password you use to log into the game.
    2. Click the "Payment Method" button on the blue bar on the top of the page.
    3. Enter your credit card and address details. Please note that our system does verify that the address you provide is the one your card company has on file, as well as all other card details.
    4. If you're able to add the card and address details in the previous step, then you should be able to click the "Get Unlimited Access" button and leave checked the box to use the card on file.


    If the page on steps 2/3 doesn't provide an option for your country, then you will need to call or fax to add your card details.
    Phone information is listed in my signature. If you prefer to fax, then please email the Account Management department for the required details (or respond here and I'll PM you the details.

    Hey, Victorie, thanks for the quick response and clarification.

    So adding a credit card and clicking the "get unlimited" are two different things? I'll try it out later tonight.
