Screen goes white after death

Appears as blindness only white screen, no post effects on. Also, my default key for push to talk keeps setting to be the same as my vent push to talk, is there a way to stop that from happening, every time i log in and out

Don't know if you ever got a response to this, but for the white screen: look to your video card device drivers. I used to have that happen with my prior computer and the drivers were the culprit.

As for the hotkey resetting, make sure you are clearing the prior setting prior to setting the new one.
