    Default 5000+ tp's POOFFF!

On Oct 9, the first day of the big sale, I made a transaction for several modules - over 5000 points worth. When I hit submit, I got an error. My points were deducted from my account, but I got no modules unlocked, no conformation on screen, and no conformation email. I put a ticket in the next day. but have gotten no response. Its been two weeks, and I cant get into quest chains that I've paid for. I don't know if I should just eat the $50, and rebuy or what. This is ridiculous - especially not being able to contact anyone from turbine. I have half a mind to have by CC company reverse the charge, but then I'd probably get booted from DDO. $50 is ENTIRELY too much to just eat..

You would think that a customer paying for something, and not getting the product would be a high priority, but evidently not.

Well, if they don't respond and either give you the points back or the modules. I'd totally ask the CCC to refund you the money. Sorry you had an issue. I too bought the 5000 pointsand mods that day and all went well for me.. Perhaps this is just a hiccup they can fix for you.

Seems to me there is a massive backlog of tickets due to missing points issues and you have joined a long queue - I would ring the issues hotline which only is open in the evening(US) for a direct service.

That is a bit gutting - I had the same issue but with one purchase only in september and it got resolved in about 2 weeks.

I had a similar issue early, right after launch. They are backed up with tickets. It was recommended that I call and speak to a live person. I did and the issue was immediately resolved.

It would be nice to see exactly what my transactions were. If I knew exactly what my TP account was doing, I could piece together what I lost in this transaction. At the beginning of the night in question, I had 12K TP's. I had been waiting for a sale to unlock all of the modules. I made two purchase that night, and ended up with 5K TP's. I THOUGHT I bought all of the modules, but I clearly have about 3-4K more points to spend to get there. Because of the error, I don't know exactly what I started with, what days I bought points, ect. I've been trying to be patient, but its been two weeks, and I am running into quests I can't run. I might have to switch to an alt to run other quests until (or perhaps if) this gets sorted out. I guess I'll try the phone line tonight.
