Since the recent melee speed/haste changes, the collar is only something like 5% under a permahasted effect. Still, you can buy lots of haste pots for that plat!

I dont know what a good price is, but I wish I still had the one I had a long time ago, I could use 550k plat

:P, i sold one for like 150k or so a LONG time ago, but now i want to use the collar with the 10% IAS from ranger Tempest, itll b almost like haste without actually having to click an item.....that is if they stack

i know it doesn't stack with haste , not sure about tempest i gave up on the collar as soon as i found out it didnt stack with haste , now with some of the changes that have been made its not a bad item just would not pay that for even 4 of them , now as a fair price that is in the eye of the beholder

hehe ya, ive heard i payed too much, but I dont care, it was way worth it because it does semm to stack with tempest. I have a lotta haste clickies, but this is way better than bothering with them all the time while running the more trivial zones.

/em wonders how many haste pots I could buy with 550k plat, considers that if I chug pots from now till I quit ddo it will still not be worth 550k plat or the loss of a neck slot (since it doesn't stack!)
