    Default Missing points, sent in ticket but no response

    I was VIP last month but never recieved my 500 Turbine points. I first sent a ticket to a gm but he referred me to account management. I sent an email to them but never recieved a response. I have been trying to call the account support line but the only success ive been getting is charging up minutes while on hold. From my join date you can see that I have been a longtime supporter of Turbine but right now the customer service is reminiscent of one of those web scams where its impossible to actually reach a representative.

    Please respond and help!

    All emails are answered in the order they are received. Current turn around is about 2 weeks due to the volume we are currently experiencing. (Eberron and Free play have proved very popular). The phone lines have also been very busy lately (for the same reasons). Please do note that Wednesdays and Thursdays do tend to have the shortest call times, especially if you don't call when we first open.
