I was VIP last month but never recieved my 500 Turbine points. I first sent a ticket to a gm but he referred me to account management. I sent an email to them but never recieved a response. I have been trying to call the account support line but the only success ive been getting is charging up minutes while on hold. From my join date you can see that I have been a longtime supporter of Turbine but right now the customer service is reminiscent of one of those web scams where its impossible to actually reach a representative.
