Paypal problem from china!

I want to buy some thing in ddo store, but when i use my verified paypal account, it failed to check the credit card. What's the problem? I have done some business using paypal with several website in American !! except Turbine.

I know I should contact the account managerment to resolve this problem but i get no response after sending a mail to Account Management Email Form three days ago.

What can i do, or you just don`t want players to pay in China?
