We are aware that some players are not receiving their 500 VIP points automatically. We do have posts about this (please see my sticky here). We are working to resolve this. In the meantime, please contact the Account Management department and they will be happy to assist you.

What is the next step after Account Management ignores the email without even acknowledging its receipt? Is there a process to escalate our ticket without having to resort to a credit card chargeback?
A lot of us are stuck in this boat: no explanation, no resolution, and no recourse.

All emails are answered in the order they are received. Current turn around is about 2 weeks due to the volume we are currently experiencing. (Eberron and Free play have proved very popular). If you would like a faster response, you do have the option of calling.
