ok i dont know what to do. I reinstalled my game today and tried to remember my old account name and psw and failed i do still have the box and my product key. i remember the name of the 2pcs i played the most (uwysh, human paladin10 and botche dwarf wizard 10). when i tried to enter my product key in the my account page it told me that it was already in use (so im guessing my old account is still active)

That just means that the original key was already used to create an account. If you contact the Account Mangement department they can assist you in finding your original account. Be sure to include the key or have it handy, characters and server too.
