    Default VIP to Premium Account Failure

    On September 13th I upgraded my account to VIP for access to everything for a while, 500 points, and the additional character slots when I retire it. I let the VIP account expire on October the 13th sadly unimpressed with the system.

    I still haven't received my 500 points for paying for VIP (it's been 36 days now)
    When my VIP time expired, I went back to "free" rather than "premium" (locking 2 characters for now).

    It makes me wonder how many people have gone under the radar like this. Now that DDO Unlimited has been out for a while, this sort of thing is bound to turn people away if it's not prevented.

    We are aware that some players are not receiving their 500 VIP points automatically. We do have posts about this (please see my sticky here). We are working to resolve this. In the meantime, please contact the Account Management department and they will be happy to assist you.

    Your account should not be reverting to Free status if you were VIP at any point. If this has happened to you, then please report this by contacting the Account Management department.
