    Default renewed sub today and no points

    turbine you got my money fast enough but i have to wait 1-2 weeks for reply on my ticket? give me a break, how many sales will i miss because of another bug?.i still havent recieved 1000 points i was shorted at launch and no replys on that either.

    If you have reinstated your account to VIP status, you should receive the points the next day after the subscription payment is successfully processed. If you don't have them within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the Account Management department.

    I had someone check our system, and they don't see any emails in the system from you prior to this week. I'm sorry, but it looks like we didn't receive any email inquiries submitted before today. We will respond as fast as we can.
