    Default VIP Transaction question?

    Ok so I'm trying to become Vip, and I put in all my billing information, Payment method etc. Yet its still not working, is there something wrong with the page at the moment or any advice anyone can give me. Would be greatly appreciated.

    me too, i have all thigs allright, but i'm still a free player, why don't i become a vip? my credit card an my billings are accepted....... (sorry for my english)

    Please provide more details about any error messages you are receiving, or how it isn't working.

    i submitted all my information, received an email from you guys to the tune of:

    and it still says free, i've restarted the client, even rebooted that computer. i received no errors, which i think that email confirms, but here i am over an hour later and it still says i'm only a free player.


    so um, no errors to report - it's just not working.

    Updates made on the Account Management page can take up to 24 hours to fully show in game, and generally do require a full restart of the game in order to see. If you're still having problems today, please contact the Account Management department for assistance.
