Though Turbine points are a virtual commodity, they are paid for with real $, and have real value. But currently there is no receipt that comes with purchase via VIP membership. I'm not sure if there is a receipt or not for other methods of purchace.
There needs to be a link under "account" that gives a statement of incoming and outgoing points with dates and descriptions, etc. The current total is not sufficient for the consumer to be able to verify that everything which has been paid for has in fact been recieved.
I believe this sort of thing is the bare minimum a consumer should expect from any account with recurring billing, etc.
