Flipped exploiter build

So with all of the posts mentioning the exploiter build, I can never find the actual build anymore, but I am looking for advice on a flipped version.
13rogue/6ranger/1monk. TWF tempest assasin build. Obviously want to be a viable trap monkey and max out UMD. Not sure on knock vs OL. Open to weapon finesse build and have capped cleric to handle finances. Main concern is how often build will land hits and amount of DPS.
Any help?

the ravager uses a fighter lvl instead of monk and has no ac. imp's is better. if you want DPS use the tasmanian devil (barb splash instead of fighter) as it is better red-named dps than the ravager

I convinced AO a while ago to change the Ravager, to Monk from the Fighter level.

wow nice work, i argued with him until the devs came and broke up the party, trying to convince him to either go monk or barb instead of riding the fence with the fighter splash to no avail.
