Im trying to my issue resolved over my missing VIP points and so far Ive been on hold for over an hour. This is ridiculousness that I have to wait so long just to talk to some one. Im not sure whats worse, the hold time or that Im listening to the same 2-3 songs on loop while I do it.
Edit - so even though your policy notifies callers that they are being recorded apparently if the caller notifies the CSR that they are being recorded they hang up on the caller. That was a wast of an hour.
