I am sure there are some unique items in the game of which I am unaware, due to the fact that I just came back to the game after a few years. Feel free to offer me something that would be appropriate for a lvl 16 Human Ranger (primarily ranged)or a soon-to-be-lvl-12 Dwarf Tempest Ranger.
