Default Can't be all on users end

Usually when this happens to me, and I quit/restart, I can't even relog back into that server! It goes through it's 20 attempts and then gives me a failed message.

And yet, it always works if when I restart, I pick another server. You can't call that a user-end problem.

Please, Turbine. Lots of us are telling you something is wrong. Please try to find it.

OK, I get what you are saying. So, if this was a problem with my internet connection then in theory it would happen all the time right? But it doesn't... I can play for hours with no problems. My ISP does not institute any kind of bandwidth throttling or restrictions on peer-to-peer type transmissions.

So, if you wouldn't mind, could you please re-read what you say above and focus on the highlighted section and ask someone at Turbine to think outside the box to determine how this would be coming from the SERVER side? Are the packets being altered on occasion? Are there certain times of the day that the packets being sent are different than other times of the day? Anything? If the answer is yes, then THAT is the root of this problem, not our "notorious" internet connections...

    Cheers.

Or is it just the way that DDO is handling packet transmission now? I have no problems with any other online games, just DDO. Several other have reported this as well. Why is it just DDO that is having problems on apparently healthy systems?
