The higher the + the better. Burst is nice but honestly id rather take a higher +. A +5 holy of Greater undead Bane would beat a +1 holyburst of Gr Undead bane for example.
Paying upwards of 150k plat - particularly tasty ones would be paid for well. RR warforged is fine or something under 24ish umd also.
