    Default F2P Beta account and stormreach box key.

    I have a free account I played on in beta and now live. I was given a boxed stormreach game. What is the process to get that key applied to my existing account so I can be VIP for a month?

    -Go to https://myaccount.turbine.com.
    -Log in to Manage Your Turbine Account with the username and password that you use to log into the game.
    -Enter the product key from the box into the product key space. Or click, Add Product Key and then enter the key in the appropriate space.
    -Be sure to agree to upgrade your existing subscription.
    -You will need to select a payment plan, even if you select "Game Card or Other Payment Method" and then check off "I don't have one now, I'll give you one later."
    -Agree to the Terms and Conditions and submit.

    Is it possible to enter an "EU Box Key" for an US Account?
    I'l living in Germany, bought a box here and plan to use the key on my Eberon Unlimited Account.

    Unfortunately, no. Europe is officially supported by Codemasters, with separate servers, separate game versions and billing system.

    Please note that if you are overseas military and have bought the box at the base store (PX, BX, etc) and it is the US version, then you should be able to use that version of the game. If you're not sure, use the directions in my last post to try...
