Decrease the Level Increase of Parrying/Greater Parrying

Since there are now several sources for Insight AC greater than that given by Parrying and Greater Parrying (Shroud, Levik's, Dragontouched) I feel the level increase for these effects is too high (+4 and +8).

If the level addition were reduced we would be able to get some more powerful prefixes in combination making them much more useful. This would be particularly good for handwraps which:

Can't be made in Greensteel with +4 Insight
Can't be used with Levik's Defender (limiting set bonus to +3)
Don't come with the more popular Suffixes (Pure Good, Righteousness)

In lots of situations I find Deception is the best suffix available, mainly because it comes alongside +5 Holy/Element Burst. Making Parrying/Greater Parrying lower level would give us a nice generic suffix from minimal development time.

That's the point, I am using better ones instead. I'd consider using Greater Parrying in some situations if I didn't have to give up a decent prefix aswell as the suffix.
