    Default Handwraps and bursting

    How does this work? Burst is +xd6 based on crit multiplier but, with handwraps, there is no multiplier given. Does it assume base multiplier is 1 and, thus, +1d6 extra damage on burst?

    Otherwise, what's the point of having burst handwraps?

    Probably been asked, but I did search for a few minutes.
    It occurs to me that the dice are being rolled by the same computer that's trying to kill me. It knows all the moves - it's just toying with me.

    You are not looking in the right place for your critical multiplier. Monk unarmed damage is unaffected by the handwraps that they wear, thus you simply need to look in your inventory screen to see it.

    It plainly states +to hit, xdamage (whether you are 1d6, 1d8, 1d10, 2d6, et cetera) with a critical multiplier of x2

    When crit info is not given, assume 20/x2.

    When I looked last night in the inv screen, I swear the multiplier wasn't given, thus the impetus for the question. But I just checked this morning and the info was there - and the question answerable. But it's entirely possible I was mistaken.
