How do I get Titan Flagged?

I've gotten HIPS done so far but don't know anything else. Can someone please help me?

Now you have to run "Bring me the head of Ghola Fan" and " Slavers of the Shrieking Mine"

HIPS is the pre flagging quest. Once you do HIPS you have access to the Isles where you then have to do (and someone correct me if I screw this one up, been a long time since I've run em)

A: Bring me the head of Ghola Fan

and

B: Shrieking Mines

at which time you get a sigil that is then used to get you into the Titan raid.

Talk to Zerchi the spirekeepre in the market after you update with baudry cartamon.
he will send you to the resltless isles. Talk to the dwarf on the left as you cross the bride and he will advance your quest. Run Ghola fan and Shrieking Mines, get your end rewards, report back to the dwarf, then the vender guy to combine your 2 sigil pieces together and you are all set.

and with the addition of greater teleport you dont even have to do hips u cna have a nice someone cast it on u to get out there
