    Default Downgraded from VIP and i can only use 2 char slots

    I read here on the forums that after you downgrade from VIP you should have some advantages over free account. I came to see that you have none. Please anyone list here the things you should benefit as a former vip member because i see no difference from a free user, absolutely none !

    In case you're wondering, i liked the game, but not receiving the 500 vip turbine points made me do this. The game still looks interesting but the lack of decent support is giving a bad name to it.

    I'm having the same issue. My VIP ran out today and it only let me pick two character slots, not four.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    I have run into this as well, submitted this already to turbine, but have not heard anything yet since I posted it a week ago. I know it can take some time and all, but I feel rather annoyed that I can't play four of my characters (I have 4 main characters I play), instead I can only access two. I'm also getting tired have having chat restrictions as well as Auctioneer restrictions, all of which I believe should be lifted once you go premium.

    Is this a known issue? Or just a mistake that has happened more than a few times? Either way, I would like this resolved before I spend anymore money on this game.

    This isn't common, but can happen in some cases. If you experience this issue, please contact the Account Management department for assistance. Players who have successfully been a VIP member are supposed to have Premium access if they downgrade to Free.
