    Angry I called and sent email to Tubine but no feedback!

    I sent email 5 days ago and have not got any response.
    I called them and waited for over 30 minutes but still nobody answered.

    What else can I do to get my missed 2000 TB Points back? 1000 TB Points should have been in my account one and a half months ago!

    I'm at about a week or so too. Tarrant keeps saying to be patient, they're really backed up, etc.

    I know this have been addressed several and several times, and still no response not from Support, devs, managers, etc.

    We've been charged each month for our VIP fee, but no points are added to our account. Where are our points.

    I've posted inquires,

    I've posted in forums

    No answer

    WHY?

    Please anybody

    I have sent 2 account tickets and still no answer, first was 3 weeks ago or so dont know the exact date

    second was sent on okt 12th, still no response, still no turbine points.

    account coming up for renewal in a few days.. what am i to do ?!?!

    give them more money, and dont get what im paying for...

    or cancel the sub and make a chargeback.

    The total lack of response from customer support would in my oppinion, point in the direction of cutting the game off and run screaming for the hills.

    How sad realy that, not only this game, but a lot of games out there have so uninformative and nonresponding support teams, and are realy ruining the game experience for a lot of people.

    well i guess its back to brows the lists of games, and see what to try out next.

    Turn around time for all Account Management emails is about 2 weeks at this time. Eberron and Free Play have turned out to be very popular. Our system doesn't have an email confirmation, but there is a confirmation page displayed if the inquiry is successfully submitted.

    We are aware that some players are not receiving their 500 VIP points automatically. We do have posts about this (please see my sticky here). We are working to resolve this. In the meantime, please contact the Account Management department and they will be happy to assist you.

    Please do note that most players are receiving their points (we're not hearing from them about this because they have no reason to post). Additionally, most players who don't receive points the first month are receiving them the second month if they stay active.

    I encourage you to work this out directly with us at Turbine rather than contacting your credit card company. Once you contact your credit card company and request a chargeback, we are very limited in the assistance we can give you.
