[[OOC: The concept of this Thread is to post Daily happenings that may have been a result of roleplay which would affect the community. - This was originally gunna be a Guild thing, But i decided to share it with the community.]]

Murder!

Stormreach Harbor authority were shocked today when Davis Durah, The local elderly owner of the "Leaky Dingy", Was found dead in his room, in a nearby ocean view house. His heir, Johan Durah had this to say, "With the death of my Father, a new day will dawn for the Harbor, I plan on finding those responsible for this outrageous Murder, and have them put to the Gallows Pole. Things will change around here.. Starting with the Leaky Dingy."

For the next week, the Leaky dingy will be closed for Renovations, and as the family mourns the death of their Kin, a city wide look out is on for the one who calls him self, Mutal Matia.

City Guard are baffled, at first, what appeared to Equality, soon turned to Chaos. In the Market place, two groups, One Human, One Hobgoblins walked side by side, around the market central oval, Before as if a spell had broken, the two groups attacked each other. Fighting for Life and Limb. Those who survived the bloody slaughter, then Ritualistically committing suicide.

The two groups were identified as Sharn Syndicate emissaries and a diplomatic group of Hobgoblins from Darguun, Darguun City officials are mad at Stormreach for allowing such a act of war to happen. The City of stormreach is offering a Platinum reward to anyone who can give information about this incident. As bloody as this battle was, No Locals were killed in the fight.

City Guard suspect that it was a robbery gone wrong. When they arrived in the alleyway at approximately 2pm on Last Thursday, they found the victim, A Halfling named, Faut Matia, age 20, laying in a pool of his own blood. His throat had been slit, Which had caused him to bleed out.

The city guard suggests that the victim was connected to the murder of Davis Durah, the owner of the Leaky Dingy earlier this week. However was not the lead suspect, His brother, Mutal, is still the target of the city wide search,. One of Faut's friends at this to Say. "He was a good man, He really had nothing to do with the crimes of his brother."

With the increase in Violent crimes in Storm reach, A Mr Durant is looking to pass a Curfew via the city Parliment, as well as a Increased guardsman patrol, as he stated in this press confrence. "Stormreach is Infamous for being a unruly city. Bringing shame to those who maintain the law, There will be change! There will be Order!"

The City Guard are requesting any information you may have in relation this this crime, or the murder of Davis Durah, There is also a 300 gold bounty on the head of Mutal Matia, Alive.

You might have better luck going to the Fellowship of the Golden Night forums on Guildportal and trying it there. Either way you do it, I suggest you introduce yourself first, and get to know people. THEN give the scripted r/p a try.
